Brakes To You Grand Prairie

TERRIBLE SERVICE Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through. I came in for brake service and was advised by the technician to replace front rotors only, which I agreed to based on their recommendation. At no point was I told that not replacing the pads at the same time would void any warranty. Shortly after, I experienced squeaking from the front brakes. When I reached out, I was then told there was no warranty coverage due to the pads not being replaced—something that was never explained to me upfront. I was following the technician guidance and knowledge. After going back and forth, they agreed to replace the front pads. However, once that was approved, communication completely stopped. I was unable to reach anyone to schedule the service, and my issue remains unresolved. Overall, poor transparency, inconsistent information, and lack of accountability. I would not recommend based on this experience.

I had an outstanding experience with Brakes To You, and especially with my technician, Billy. Before booking, I got quotes from several places including Pep Boys, the Jeep dealership, Firestone, and NuBrakes. Brakes To You came in about 25% cheaper for the same parts and service, which immediately caught my attention. Even better, the convenience of having a technician come directly to me made the whole process incredibly easy. Billy arrived right on time and was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable from the moment he started the inspection. What really stood out was how much he took the time to educate me. Instead of just doing the work and handing me a bill, he walked me through the entire braking system and showed me exactly what he was looking at. He explained how brake pads wear down, what measurements indicate when they actually need to be replaced, and how rotors factor into the braking system. He even showed me the condition of my rotors and explained the difference between normal wear and when replacement would actually be necessary. He also checked my brake fluid and explained what healthy brake fluid should look like and how it affects braking performan

Today I had the rear brakes replaced on my Mercedes AMG C43, and once again I had a great experience. This is the third time I’ve used this company, and they consistently do an excellent job. The service is always quick, professional, and completely hassle-free. I truly appreciate their reliability and quality work. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable service. I am attaching photographs, more on the speedometer, there is no message about faulty brakes.🙏🏻

Awesome experience. I got several quotes from auto shops around Nashville, and not only did I get a better price, I didn’t even have to leave the house! Josh was great. Did a full axle of rotors and brake pads in under an hour. He even gave me some insight into other potential issues with the vehicle to look out for.

Such a great experience and about $50 cheaper than the company I used to use. Explained everything to me and Billy was very personable and professional. Will definitely call them again!
